Apostille Request Form

The Hague Apostille is a document that verifies the authenticity of the document it accompanies. Physically, it is an independent sheet attached to a document, displaying a signature and seal that guarantee its legality. The “Hague Convention” implemented this simplified method of legalization on October 5, 1961.

SAERA will process the Apostille through a notary and provide certification for Diplomas, Expert Certificates, or Master’s Certificates to those students who require it.
