Through this website you can registrate on-line in the Programmes offered by SAERA (School of Advanced Studies, Research and Accreditation) as well as acquire didactic materials.

Payment with credit card

We guarantee the confidentiality in data transfer on Internet. We use the security protocol, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This system ensures the seller’s identity, guarantees the integrity of the message and encrypts the data with an up to 128 bits encryption, which guarantees that if someone intercepts the communication will not be able to interpret it.

Security standards are used to avoid fraudulent use of credit cards, banks, etc, and certify the authenticity of the card holder.

Cards accepted

The cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, SERVIRED.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose the bank transfer as payment method, proceed as usually when paying through your bank. It is very important that you clearly indicate the following data:

Order number. It is important to indicate the order number that we have sent you by email.

Applicant Costumer: Indicate in case it is different from the details provide in the order.

Income checking: Once the transfer is received we process the order in 24 hours, fulfilling the delivery times of each product.

Payment with PayPal

If you prefer paying using the PayPal platform, simply select PayPal from the payment panel and operate as usual.

 

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Receipt of merchandise

VERY IMPORTANT! Any incident on the transport must be notified within 24 hours from the delivery. We are not responsible for notifications after this deadline.

I’m not at home. If at the time of delivery you are not at home, nothing happens. The carrier will leave a note or contact you to arrange the best delivery time.

Address difficult to locate. If the delivery address is especially difficult to locate, you have a section to give clues to our carrier.

Call in advance.  If for any reason, it is imperative that the carrier calls you in advance of delivery, please indicate it in the expected section of order confirmation.

Check your order. Check the number of packages or boxes that we deliver, we check that the order is correct, but also verify that what is delivered is correct.

Incidences in the reception of the merchandise.  

Mild incidence: The box is hit. If in the download you notice that the box is slightly hit but the product is not happening you can do 2 things:

Refuse delivery: You can refuse delivery by stating on the shipping note that the box is struck and also send an email to info@saera.eu with the subject “goods rejected + invoice number”. Or by calling our customer service phone number.

Accept delivery: Noting on the delivery note “box hit pending review”, this case is especially interesting if we do not have the stock in stock.

Serious incidence:

If in the discharge you notice that the box is struck and the product is broken. Refuse delivery. • Write on the delivery note of the carrier “box hit, deteriorated product”. Remember that all products have comprehensive insurance.

Report it. Send us an email to info@saera.eu or call our customer service number, +34 964847666 with your order number. Remember that you must communicate within 24 hours after delivery.

In this case, when you do not have stock, we can not immediately replace your item. You can do two things:

  1. Wait for us to arrive again, to have it back in stock.
  2. Change it for a similar product that we have in stock.

 


RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

Change of opinion.

Any product that you want to return because you simply changed your mind, must be returned with everything that contained the product, instructions, mounting accessories, hardware, etc. Otherwise we will not be able to return the money. You will be responsible for shipping costs. In any case you have 14 working days to let us know from the moment the order arrives.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. If you return a product because it is broken or defective and the cause is attributable to us, we will be happy to send you a new one or to repair it totally free. You must notify us of the defect within a maximum of 2 months from the time you become aware of the problem.

Products lost in the return

We cannot be held responsible for any refunds that a customer may make with a transport outside our company. We recommend using trusted companies.

Money Returns

The refunds are processed normally in about 7 days and any money back will be made on the credit card (in case you have made the payment by this means) or by bank transfer (in case you have made the payment against refund or By transfer).

Complaint Procedure

SAERA takes its relations with the clients very seriously and we try to answer all the e-mails in 24 hours. We strive every day to provide the best service. But as no one is perfect it may happen that we make some mistake in some order. Our after-sales service will be happy to offer you the right solutions for everyone

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether at School of Advanced Education, Research and Accreditation, S.L. we are processing your personal data. Therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify any inaccurate data or request their deletion when they are no longer needed. I also request your permission to offer you products and services related to those requested, and to retain your loyalty as a customer.

What information do we keep about you?  If you have purchased something from us we will have your full name, your e-mail, your address and your phone number. If you decide to send something directly to a third party (client, family …) we will also have your e-mail and address. The information is only used to make the shipment, to contact you or to send you our newsletters. If you do not like receiving our news, you can always unsubscribe in your account, or in the same newsletter.

Registration of your purchases

We keep information about how many people enter our site and thus analyze the traffic of visitors, which allows us to adapt our website as best as possible to your tastes.

ONLINE COURSES – TERMS OF USE

Prices and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase an Online Course from us. The Online Course will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized and the course session has started. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the Online Course. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Online Course to you without giving any reason.

The fee for the Online Course Service is calculated and payable in advance of the course start date as set out on http://www.saera.es/en/. The Company shall be under no obligation to provide the Online Course until the fee has been paid.

Delivery

Within 48 hours of purchase (during the working week), a confirmation email will be sent to the customer acknowledging payment and successful enrollment in the course.

Within one day before the announced course start date customer will be notified by email of an online URL where the course materials will be located, the student username and password for logging into the site and accessing the course content.

It is not possible to pause your course or take a holiday midway through your course.

Cancellation and refunds

Once the payment of the formative action has been made, students will have the right to the reimbursement of the registration fee from the moment of payment, until they have accessed the virtual classroom.

Once the student has entered the classroom, the tuition fee cannot be refunded. To apply for the reimbursement of the tuition fee (from which will be deducted the costs that all the fees will bank transactions may have generated), the student should send an email to info@saera.eu.

The realization of this formative activity does not give right to obtain visa, permission of residence or work. The students who wish to carry out clinical practices in SAERA in a different country than that of their place of residence should contact us to find out more about the legal requirements for their internship stay.

The certificates obtained upon completion of a programme, will be sent by postal mail a few months after completing and passing the course. If the student wishes to use other shipping methods (couriers, express delivery, copy of title, etc.) should be placed in contact SAERA to find out the costs of this type of procedure.

SAERA offers training certified by the University Isabel I, which has a great professional prestige and is highly valued by companies in the sector. However, this training is not accredited by the Ministry of Education of Spain, so that in many countries will not, by itself, allow access to doctoral studies.
