Submit a request for interruption of studies.

If you are facing difficulties continuing your educational program due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, you may apply for a study interruption. These requests will only be accepted if accompanied by documentation proving such exceptional circumstances. If approved, you will be able to take a break and resume your studies at a later date, typically at the beginning of the next academic year.

To ensure that your request is processed favorably, your financial situation must be up-to-date. For inquiries regarding this matter, you can contact admin@saera.eu.

It is essential to inform your Study Coordinator of your intention to interrupt your studies before submitting the application.

Then, you should follow these steps:

1. Fill out the application form.
2. Wait for an email confirming or denying the request.

If your request is approved, the Academic Management Committee will issue a written resolution formalizing the study interruption, notifying both you and your coordinator.

If you have a pending Enrollment Cancellation request, you cannot request a Study Interruption unless you cancel your enrollment cancellation before submitting the Study Interruption Request.

In case students do not return to the study program on the agreed-upon date, it will be considered that you have abandoned the study program, and your enrollment will be canceled. If you wish to rejoin later, you will need to pay the full enrollment fee. Grades obtained in completed modules may be recognized if you request, provided that all legal and academic requirements for such recognition are met.
